Sander with spinach

My today's lunch was sander, seasoned with Jallelujah Bacon, grilled on flipped GrillGrates. Plated with spinach and potatoes. Silent movie time:

That looks outstanding.  We always have spinach with our fish.

Yep, if you've eaten either Walleye or Sauger (saugeye) then you've had sander.
