Sander with spinach

My today's lunch was sander, seasoned with Jallelujah Bacon, grilled on flipped GrillGrates. Plated with spinach and potatoes. Silent movie time:

A great plate of food WC, nice photos!!! I had to look up sander & found it is from the perch family that includes walleye. Don

Yep, if you've eaten either Walleye or Sauger (saugeye) then you've had sander.
