Tuna for Supper

tuna supper . there is ample of tuna this time of year .
the prices are reasonable so we take advantage of it.
so we had tuna last night.
medium rare with a sesame coating .
Maio and wasabi  mash potatos .
dipping sauce made of soya ,sweet soya, teriyaki sauce ,brown sugar and cayenne pepper.
salad.
