I made my own sour dough starter from KA recipe and the sour dough loaf  was the extra tangy recipe.  The loaf turned out great, good sour dough taste.  This pic was from Picasa using the copy and paste, did not turn out as good as the bread.

Looks fine to me..I call them rustic when they are not perfect, which means they are still perfect.  Did U make in in a cloche? Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
