All looking very yummy!  I especially like the looks of those mussels.  What is the oil they are in?

I too would like to hear all about those mussels.Cold smoked? how long, the oil? How served?

Thats something else Ahron, and I love mussels, they are reasonable price here, clams are very expensive.

Thanks guys and girls.
I do the smoked mussels in the smoker for 2 hours at 180f .
as they cool off i put them in a jar with oil i use canola oil (no taste and no flavors ) don't use olive oil .
i can it and leave it in the fridge for few days so the oil will get the flavours.
