I finally figured out why Scally posted the warning in the title of this post, and is has nothing to do with cholesterol.   

Dingbat Kat cutting onions  :'( +  hands covered in Sriracha sauce =  my swear jar overfloweth.  ???

So, SO delicious, and so, SO very painful.
 



 James ate SEVEN of the nine I made.  He was almost too full for the lamb chops!  Almost.  :)
