Nice! I have a couple of egg roll recipes I am wanting to try. One is a Rueben roll (basically a Rueben sandwich in an egg roll) and one is called a Buffaroll, buffalo chicken in an egg roll. I had both of these at an English Pub in Chattanooga and they are killer.
