They turn out some steaks!
I believe the teams combined cooked about 4000 steaks :o
Antonio & his team are a fine oiled machine !
Both the men & wives work together.
They picked their steaks seasoned ( sorry I don't know the secret mix.)
Allowed to come to near room temp.
The cook is done over charcoal on an Yoder grill with adjustable vents & charcoal height.
The grill comes to temp , a couple test steaks are cooked , & the cooking is done by time based on the test steaks.
They turn out batches of 20 at a time.
A great angus ribeye , seasoned perfectly  8)

Thanks! Hope your camera still works ok after it took my picture! We had a good time doing the competition. Meeting new people that become friends for life is what makes doing this so much fun. We had a BLAST this weekend  ;D
