Erb & Cheeses stuffed Boneless Yardbird Breasts
« Reply #-1 on: June 03, 2012, 11:03:52 AM »
I hope these Facebook pictures show up over here.

I mixed for the Stuffing
Shredded Provolone, Parmesan and Asiago Cheeses
Italian Bread Crumbs
Beaten Eggs
Parsley

Cut me some string and opened up my Chicken Breasts.

I used some Kite string and Trussed them up.

Ready to be Indirectly Grilled.

They turned out really tasty! I didn't eat the string.

See! I can still cook!
Have a blessed day folks!

I use what I believe is a Butcher knot which to me is like a Granny Knott except go Twice under yer string the first time and pull tight. It will hold tight there for you to do the second loop of yer knott.

I'll video that part next time and post.

Thanks!
