Oh yeah. Gonna make this. On an Asian kick lately. And I completely understand your measurement system. A "glug" is an official measurement in my kitchen. ???

Sorry I couldn't be more accurate with the recipe but I really don't measure stuff when I'm winging it.. Guess maybe I should for further reference.

LOL-- Scally, after 12 tall boys, I'm impressed you remembered what went INTO it, let alone precise amounts!!  :)

I hear ya though, I'm always straining to remember the amounts of what I put into dishes-- especially hard when I'm trying to post recipes on the MAK facebook page! I have to continually remind myself that not everyone measures in glugs, dollops, and 'a wee bit of's.

Thanks for the inspiration!!  These were yummy as all get out!  This was James's first introduction to baby Bok Choi, and he has pronounced "that awesome little cabbage thingy" to be an excellent addition to the dish.  :)

I have also, at long last, brought him over to the dark side. He finally gave up insisting that he hated Sriracha sauce and actually TRIED it, and is now figuring out how to put it on every item he eats.   I'm going to have to find that post with the Sriracha vodka and hook him up with a bottle.  :)
