Got a new AMZNPS to use in my MC.

This is the round AMZNPS for grills.





Making some smoked Monterey salsa chicken.



Got the charcoal in my MC going.



Getting the Round AMZNPS going



Chicken on.



Round AMZNPS smoking away.



Applying the salsa to the chicken.

1 small jar mild salsa
1/2 cup peach preserves
1 T lemon juice
1 t chili powder

Mix together and apply to the top the last 5 mins.







Let the salsa chicken rest some.



Hows bout some corn.





Dinner time. With some cheese shells n corn.
Flint

Love it!!!  Love the idea of using salsa at the end of the cook.

Nice looking chicken!
We just got our tube smoker yesterday... all I can say is WOW! It is definitely a must have tool for any smoker!

I have an older maze smoker that uses sawdust & in the winter you can smoke very credible ribs or chicken on a gas grill with it.works MUCH better than an old fashioned chip box.
