I love cobblers, crisps and the like cooked outdoors, and this recipe looks super simple, so you can bet I'll be trying it soon!



BTW - If you don't have self-rising flour, here's how to make your own:

Mix together:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
