Nice job smoke! ... What temp did you use on your dehydrator? I'm thinking (after you mentioned the dehydrator) I could use the smoking chamber on my MAK 2 Star for a couple hours and then transfer the salmon to my dehydrator

A full load usually takes me 8 hours in the bradley but I guess the dehydrator has better air flow and helped dry it out faster.
