Title: First Turkey

Did my first Turkey on the PBC. Very very good. Damp weather so I had to open lid twice to get coals going better. 12 pounder took just over 3.5 hours.

I used 4 hooks that hopefully show in the pic?? I don't think I did the image correctly.
