All right... Who cooked those ribs...the cajun or paul?  I'm guessing Paul did 'em and handed the pics off to LVC...

You guessed correctly.  Paul had difficulty posting the picture so I did it for him. ;)

Used meatheads Memphis dust recipe and essentially the Last Meal Ribs instructions, slightly tailored for the PBC. Brushed with Stubbs towards the end.  Deeeeelicious.

I only photoshopped the color because they were kind of gray after I boiled them for 5 hours.
