Burnt ends update

chuck roast burnt end update

What I decided to do was to follow TMB smoking info, but I will tenderize the small chunks in the oven at 225 degrees after I  sauce & wrap with foil.

Sorry I didn't even think to take a pic,  a bit harder than I would have liked but very flavorful. Wife just said delicious but I smoked them to long and she's not a big fan of smoked meat.

Hate they didn’t turn out the way you wanted them to.  But it is a learning experience for sure

I was still liked them, but a bit tougher than I would have liked.
