Title: Noah's recipes in .pdf?

I'm not always around the Internet so I'm looking for his "PBC Recipes for Dummies." The video recipe-book is great but hard copy would be useful.

Has anyone seen one?

Nope. But is your thermometer brain leaning against the base of the cooker there? Gets mighty hot down that way!

I sort of transcribed Noah's Chicken video so I could follow it like a recipe.  I have it as a Microsoft Word file but I can convert it to a PDF file.  PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send it to you.  I don't think I can attach a file to a PM on this forum.

I also copied 1Bigg_ER's comments that suffice as a recipe in his post about Jerk Seasoned Chicken Wings here (http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=9420.45).
