Orange Jalapeno Wings

I saw an episode of The Kitchen on Food Network where they did "Orange Jalapeno Oven Ribs". I figured the sauce would be awesome on some wings and I WAS NOT WRONG. These were dam good!

Those look fantastic but that much heat is out of my league.

Honestly they were not that hot. Initially the sauce by itself had a good kick but I also left the membrane in the jalapenos and added cayenne that wasn't in the recipe. Once the sauce was basted and tossed with the final wings, the heat was pretty mild. You can definitely leave the membrane out. I also made sure I found some nice ripe "wrinkly" jalapenos which are hotter.

OK, now those look good.
If I made those I would be eating them by myself (which would be ok).
