If Kimmie managed her time better, she could have mowed the lawn and had supper started Darn good looking supper Tommy in a short amount of time. What is the name of your grill, I have seen previous cooks of yours done with this grill, and it seems to get the job done nicely
Very nice meal.
Got home tonight only to find Kimmie on the lawn mower and nothing fixed for dinner. Well now lets see this opens the door for me to make up something and she can't stop me

I've been thinking about that Italian Steak and potatoes you made at the Gathering in September.
Sorry TMB, I TOTALLY stole your idea for dinner tonight! I was thinking what to make for dinner when I came across this post... It was pretty tasty. My grill marks aren't nearly as pretty as yours (guess it's time to step up to the plate and get some grill grates maybe). Made my potatoes with olive oil, kosher salt and ground pepper, and a bit of Savor Spices Way Out West herbs. For the pork chops, I rubbed them with some olive oil and Pappy's Choice seasoning after a quick pass with the Jaccard tenderizer. Oh yeah, and a Tecate with lime in chilled salt-rimmed glass, just for fun...
