A-MAZE-N 12 inch smoker tube w/Bradley

For those of you that have a Bradley and stopped using the pucks and stated using the A-MAZE-N smoker tube.  I have a few questions:

where do you typically put the tube ? on the bottom next to water bowl?

how long will the 12inch tube last?

Do you leave the smoke generator connected and just don't turn it on? or do you turn it on for additional heat?

I used to but mine on the water bowl but there is not much room there and you have to angle it just right. You can put it on a empty rack at the bottom.
I ended up making my own cold smoke attachment out of a old burnout microwave and lay it across a steel bowl in there.
A full load of pellets will last almost 8 hours in a 12 inch.

Here ya go. The microwave cold smoker feeds the bradley. I have the option of using the puck feeder or the 12 inch tube. The larger smoker i just put the tube smoker on a bottom rack. Both smokers are vented out the wall.
