Well there was only one brisket left in the whole store until the next truck came in. So it's only around 10.5 pounds. I let a friend borrow my PBC and he didn't return all my stuff including my thermometer so I cooked it all by feel and look. It's in the cooler resting now so finished pics to come later tonight. Rubbed with Franklin's super secret rub. Haha. 8)

And the finished product. Unfortunately the pic of the slice is a bit blurry but it came out pretty fantastic for my first ever brisket. Once again the PBC pulls it's weight.
