Title: Brisket and 1rst time beef rib
Post by: scottv on October 23, 2016, 03:45:22 PM: Went to Costco yesterday to get a brisket and to my surprise they actually had beef ribs with meat on them. Grabbed one of them to throw on with the brisket.

About 3 1/2 hours in.

I picked up three Prime beef ribs at Costco Friday. They only have them on Fri/Sat for some reason. Hope mine comes out looking like yours. A feast fit for a king.
