Well, this will be my 2nd weekend with my new PBC. I can't say enough about this smoker. My first cook, I went with the chicken. I normally do not like smoked chicken, usually too dry, overdone, and otherwise, unpleasant, at least the ones I've done in the past. I figured that if I followed the easy directions and this time it came out great, I would be a believer. Well, my chicken came out perfect. The following day, I smoked a pork shoulder. Once again, with the light it, set it, forget it, it came out awesome. This weekend, I'm going with spare ribs, I can hardly wait for the results!
