Smoked a butt for dinner yesterday. (Well, I started it Saturday night)
8.5 lb. butt rubbed with Mr. Brown butt rub.
Four hours of hickory @ 225F.
Another 12.5 hours to 201 IT. (total cook time 16.5 hours)
FTC'd for 6.5 hrs. to accommodate a late dinner, then pulled.
Plated with coleslaw, whistleberries, & iced tea.
I eat mine "naked".
V likes a little sauce on hers.
