Title: Babyback ribs on the PBC, amazing [emoji108]

First time making these on the PBC, they turned out amazing.

Both racks have Blues Hogs bbq rub, only one rack has Sweet Baby Rays sauce on it.

3.5 hour long cooktime.

Hi! No I did not wrap them, since it was my first babyback ribs cook I wanted to check how would they come out without wrapping them, I was pretty impresed.
