Something new from the maker of the Smokin-it electric smokers is the Bella Smoke Generator. Steve, the owner, has just introduced his version of a pellet smoker. You need to do dome drilling to attach it. He has tested it mounted on the side and on the door. Sometime in the near future he will be offering pre-drilled doors for the SI line of smokers for those not wanting to drill through stainless steel. This should work well for other makes of electric smokers, maybe even a smoke curing setup.

You might have a point! Everything that comes after the original will always be a copy in one way or another. The trick is to make the design different enough so that it is not a clone.
