Cooked up some Lobster Tail on the pellet grill for part of Mother's Day dinner.

Cut in half. Basted with lemon infused olive oil and seasoned with course salt and pepper.

Nicely done. I'm salivating, just looking at them!

Looks delicious, wondering the lobster took on any smoke?
-
Oh man that looks goooooooood!

Thanks everyone. I was pleased with the results. No leftovers so I guess I wasn't the only one. First time for lobster on the pellet grill. Can't say I've been disappointed with anything I've cooked on it as of yet.
Savannahsmoker - I can't say I noticed any smoke on them. They cooked pretty quick at 400 degrees. Not a lot of time to take on smoke.

Looks great

I usually do Lobster on the Weber Gasser but I will try and see if I can get a little smoke first at say 160 pit temp.
Thanks for giving me another idea.
