Title: I might be getting spoiled.

Didn't really feel like grilling tonight. Wife offered to pick up fast food but nothing sounded good. Looked in the frig to find a whole chicken looking me in the face. Okay fine. Pulled out the phone and went to the Green Mountain app. Turned on the Davy Crockett at the grill temp. Splashed some bourbon over an ice cube and proceeded to spatchcock the chicken and season with some Big Dick's. Sat down finished my drink waiting for the phone to tell me when its time to get the yardbird on the grill.

Thanks everyone I appreciate it. I was tempted to slap some sauce on it but glad I didn't. The Big Dick's complimented it nicely without any need for sauce. Looking back on my post I notice two things. I need to proofread better and more importantly it's time to swap out the foil in the Crockett. :'(
