Title: Blackstone 36 Hawaiian luau shrimp chicken rice.

Seen this at a Mexican restaurant and on the internet and decided to try it myself. And i and Everyone else last night said was delicious.
I marinated the chicken and shrimp in the teriyaki sauce pictured.
Also put in rice - peas - broccoli - onions - mushrooms - pineapple.
Used the seasonings pictured along with canola oil.
I will definitely be making this one more often.
The boy wanted to cook on his grill so I saved him a chicken tenderloin.
I also did ribs in the PBC.

BOOM!  That looks outstanding - and that is a LOT of food on one cooktop - nice effort  :D

Great job getting him started early - he will thank you for it later.

Excellent cook on all fronts. You know what they say. Feed a boy a chicken tender feed him for a day.Teach a boy to grill and feed him for life.  :thumbup:

Thanks all. This was really great and fun to cook but I think I need a bigger griddle.
This is my forth cook on it and I just love this thing.
