I've cooked 3 briskets on my MAK and they've all turned out great. However, nobody but me eats it in my house so I end up giving most of it away. I don't think I'll be making a brisket any time soon.

The flats at my Costco are choice grade and a couple bucks more a pound then the packer. I'm thinking cut the flat off and grind it, then smoke the point. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
