Saturday night Tri-Tip and leftovers
« Reply #-1 on: October 20, 2013, 02:26:47 PM »

Smoked a Tri-Tip ( 1 hour smoke ... bump to 350ºF until IT reached 145ºF ... rested under foil tent for 20 minutes before serving ).  Leftover fried potatoes & onions, fresh pinto beans from Friday, and a couple chunks of Avocado.  Remember to play attention to the different grains of a Tri-Tip.  Cut my Tri-Tip along the black line first before slicing.
