I have grown so many peppers this season that I can't use them all.
I have been giving them away to anyone who will take them, & trying to think of different ways to use them.
Tommy's Philly steak peppers inspired me to make this classic.
GB, rice, tomatoes, & various seasonings, topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheeses.
I smoked them for about an hour in the Davy Crockett.
Pretty good. Needed more cheese.
