Don't overlook the Amazen Smoker's ability to add cold smoke to whatever cooker you have. It is great  for smoking cheese, nuts, chex mix, fish....you name it - without getting the food hot.

I ordered one of these a few weeks ago, along with an additional 5 lbs of pittmasters pellets. Boy, is this a nice unit! I looked it over very carefully and couldn't find any imperfections ?? !?? It looks like a perfect one to  me. What ever imperfection it has must be VERY minor.

Thanks Todd for making these available ... great deal for those of us retired on a fixed income.

Can't wait to use it ... and the pittmasters pellets sound like a great mix.
