Got tired of the Foodsaver I have, waiting for it to cool down to seal more bags, I got this via UPS this morning. It is built like a tank and takes 15" bags

Looks really nice!!!! I am using a FS that I purchased at Costco (it was the more expensive of the two they sell) it does an "OK" job - better than not having a sealer. It works great on pretty much everything except when I make home-made sausage. It needs some help getting all the air out of those packets. I now wish I would have spent more and got a better machine like the one you bought - hindsight!

Nice sealer!
I did not know Foodsaver made a high end unit like that!

It hasn't been out that long, maybe 6 months?

Keep us posted on how it works for you rester. I hope this one is a good one. I have a really old FS, that just will not die. I have had some more recent ones that are already dead....
But this one looks tough!

I like that it has a built-in cutter and storage for using rolls. That's a feature I would use.

Almost all Foodsavers now out have roll storage and built in cutter, my Foodsaver Pro from 1995 even had it
