Title: Sous Vide Searing Made Easy!

Our fearless philosopher and humorist - Dee Stafford asked me to post this link that he found. Looks like this thing sear anything you have cooked Sous Vide...or remove on-wanted body hair...or paint! ;D

I can see it as a useful tool in the kitchen. I use something similar for caramelizing  turbinado sugar on top of creme' brûlée.

I have one of them, different brand but does the same thing..works great on Baked Alaska,,about 4 seconds. Don't ask me how I know. Just sayin.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
