Getting a late start on the wangs, should be good with the Scotts marinade overnight  :o

Wangs out coming to room temp while i get the smoker going.

Got the clay heat shield all foiled up and in the pot.

I should go dig around and see where I put my Looftlighter. They work pretty good. Wangs look good Rick
