It's georgeous!
I've cooked in Dutch ovens before but never had an enameled Dutch Oven.
Tim posted a "deal " on a 6 qt last week for $52 delivered & it just came!
Beautiful red color!

Looks fantastic, what's your first cook gonna be :D
-
I like it! For a first cook, maybe some beef stew or chili?

Your gonna love that pot..promise, and so easy to care for. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Be sure to burn good quality charcoal in it.... ;) :D :D :D
Seriously - there are some dishes that just make sense to cook in an enameled pot. I make a lot of 1 pot dinners in these and they save time and effort. Cook on the stove top to sear meat, put in all the other stuff, and pop it in the oven.

Yup - what he said! I love my enameled pots.

You're gonna love the enamled CI so much you'll want to get some more. First cook ought to be gumbo or jambalaya. ;)

I like that color a lot.

Hmm, let's see... LA lives in Mississippi and Louisiana. He has a new Dutch oven. Wouldn't gumbo be the obvious choice for a first cook?

Small hint on that pot..you do NOT have to crank the heat on it, you will probably never get over medium heat on anything. Enjoy. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Great pot! Waiting to see the break in cook....

That is the smallest PBC I have ever seen!
Is that their new portable unit? :P
