Title: Spare ribs on the WSM
Post by: Sam3 on November 19, 2012, 06:03:32 AM
Wife asked me to make some spares yesterday morning. No problemo. I'm following sparky's and Lost Arrow's advice with this cook. No water in pan (this will be my first without). And no FL, running it all the way. Spares went on at 2:15pm and off at 6:15pm. Foiled them and let them rest before slicing.
Thanks for looking :)

Whenever anyone asks me what smoker to get I tell them a WSM.
It's almost idiot proof & puts out a great product!
