Son came home from college for the day so I fired up the PBC to make his favorite ribs. Also cooked up a pork loin and leg quarters for the week.
Chicken and loin took 2 hours. Ribs 3.5 cooking, .25 setting sauce.
Ribs rubbed with Plowboy's Yardbird. One sauced with Sweet Baby Rays (kids) the other with G Hughes sugar free hickory.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/cabfe838ed563677106bf37132808d1c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/1595d0c438ad40eb72969fefe2934d4b.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/b3713f3575efc75c074d2fc904cb5a78.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/3b70a53524996bdb56b1cd5129e743fe.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/9d9dcb1651c40c8abec7e63282686739.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/4fb987407f89ae55b7d77b91c82665cf.jpg)
