Title: Best BBQ Joint In Each State

New topic for discussion.  I have eaten at a few of these places.  Sounds like a map for a serious road trip to me.

I showed V this post & she told me to fire up the motorhome & we would hit every one of them.
I surely would love to do that, but unfortunately we cannot.

I've been fortunate enough to have Big Bob Gibson's in Alabama and The Shed in MIssissippi.  Both were good, the Shed was quite the unique place.
