Title: Teaching the next generation
Post by: sparky on August 29, 2017, 08:35:29 PM
My son had a couple days off and ask if I can teach him how to cook a really good rack of ribs.  You came to the right place son.  Just so happens this is something I know a little something about.  So, one cook on day one and another cook the next day.  I think he has a good idea of what to do now.  He was amazed at how easy it was but noticed that it was all about temp and time.  Yes son.

Away we go.

It's great to see you passing some of your rib iconship to your son Sparky! It always feels good when they come home to ask and learn what you tried to show them earlier in their lives!

Great to see the next generation taking an interest.     Neither one of my son's really care about cooking much less cooking on a grill :(

Count your blessings my friend

Looks like the son is doing good Sparky!!! Mine likes to eat ribs but not take 4 to 6 hrs. to cook! He does cook on a Blackstone griddle though and does pretty good! Don
