This is a really sweet set-up.
I have been doing bacon candy lately for Wendy and her office staff. I have to do 3 different go rounds. Not anymore with the Bull Rack System.
What I like is being able to remove trays and have a brisket or ribs on the bottom and then have bacon on the top rack for some "Bacon Rain"

I would like to add that they are not exactly cheap but priced fair for what you get.
The Bull Rack could also save you money if you end up getting a GMG Daniel Boone instead of the Jim Bowie since you have dramatically increased your cooking capacity in the small less expensive unit.

I have a bull rack system (BR5 - the big one) for my GMG Jim Bowie. Its great for large batches of jerky. Its a little pain to clean when the small holes start to clog, but a little wire brushing and hose pipe / soap will do the trick. You do have to rotate the trays often if they are full. The bottom & top tray see more heat than the middle ones. I highly recommend the wire rack inserts also if you are doing jerky.

Thanks Brannon, I am planning on using it for jerkey and bacon......lots of Bacon.

Here are couple of cooks I have put up in the last few months using the Bull Rack Systems in my Green Mountain Daniel Boone grill. Both of these cooks are jerky cooks.

I like the racks. I might need to purchase this to cook my homemade bacon and then make some jerky.

This Bull Rack System looks like a winner.

They look good but that's way to much $$$$ for those IMHO.. I believe I could make those for a lot less

Go for it. I will put my order in :)
However when it comes to price. Camp Chef has a 89 dollar jerkey rack with just two racks so the Bull Rack isn't too far out of line.

Oh, back to the cost:
where you will really save money is if you get a more mid-sized pellet grill. Some folk don't have the room for a full size Rec Tec or Treaeger Texas of a GMG Jim Bowie for example so you can save up to 300 bucks getting a small model and adding the Bull Rack. You will have way more capacity in a smaller footprint.

True, but trying to sell that point to Kimmie would but like talking to the wall.

Understood. That is why I just put things on the Patio when Wendy is at work and spend the next couple of days in the dog house. When the storm blows over I got the new grill and all is somewhat good..................
