Started with a medium toast sour dough bread for the first layer. Then brought out some thin sliced roast beef from top sirloin that I had previously cooked SV.

Put some frozen fries into the basket to air fry. Then went on to the stove and sliced some onion, green pepper ortega green chilies, and jalapenos. Added the sliced roast beef and began the stir fry.

The fries were now done so topped my stir fry on the toast and added a slice of provolone and swiss cheese on top. Now under the broiler until the cheese was melted, about 60 seconds. Then plated with the fries.

This was sooooooo good. It will probably be a repeat for SB Sunday. Used three different functions on my air fryer, worked perfectly. No oil used except for the stir fry.

Looks like you're using all the functions of that air fryer/oven/broiler/toaster and giving it a workout.
Nicely done OH!

Hold the cheese for Sparky and sub milk for the wine, no problem. ;)
