Yesterday for lunch I did up a smoked Italian sausage. Just needed to be heated so it was a simple cook. :)

Needed to get something going for dinner so I had a package of beef back ribs and in they went in the fryer.

Used some gunpowder for my dry rub.

Yes I do like the Gunpowder rub. I add it to Jan's Rub just to kick it up a notch :)
When I ordered it they had hired some new kid and he shipped me the large container with free shipping. After it was on the way Sid sent me a email explaining that I should go out and buy a lottery ticket because he lost money on the deal LOL
I bet I have had that around for almost 7-8 years now :)

I was reading the ingredients in the gunpowder. Salt. MSG, Tenderizer, Unseasoned Seasoning Salt????????Whaaatttt?
