Title: did i hear ribs?

its almost xmas and i'm sitting here w/ my kids (23 son, 25 daughter, 30 daughter) while my wife and grandson are sleeping.  we broke out the snifters and some courvoisier napoleon.  oh my.  can you say smoooothhhhhhh.  i've had 3.  so no talking in this one either.

weber kettle, WSM and the PBC.  i cooked ribs on everything except the mak.  and that will happen today.   ::)
