When I bought it (on a whim) I was just looking to do pizza with the low carb recipes I use. Reason I like it is the crust is on the top and one issue with these recipes is the dough on the pan does not get done while the outer edges are done.
But now I can see using these for a lot of things and I hope to have cooks soon to post

T, have you tried cooking the crust a while first and then adding ingredients? I saw one of the TV cools doing this one day a while back.

yes I did a taco shell like that a few months back worked good but for $6 and change I figured why not try it
