Tonight’s dinner consists of KC Strip Steak, bacon wrapped asparagus, skewered shrimp and cooked mushrooms.
This was all cooked on my Weber Q Grill and I used my new griddle plate for most of it.
Let’s get started with the bacon wrapped asparagus.

Asparagus is done and I added the mushrooms. Mushrooms are being cooked in Ghee.

Strip Steaks at the flip. I added some Ghee to the tops of both of them. Steaks were Sous Vide for 2 hours at 125.

Those are Grill Pinz. I picked them up from Owens BBQ. I got tired of using toothpicks that seem to either break inside whatever I am cooking or burn up on the grill.
