I tried a new recipe for Halibut and really enjoyed it. You make a mixture of butter, mayo, parmesan, garlic and green onions that you spread over top of halibut and I cooked at 350 for first 30 minutes and 375 for last 10 minutes. It turned out really good, was moist and had good flavor. The potatoes are the little potatoes company potatoes 1 lb of them cut in half. Then mixed up with garlic, rosemary, salt, and olive oil. I cooked those the same as halibut and flipped them half way through. They also were very good
