Who says you can't get great grill marks on a pellet cooker! Prepped with a bit of olive oil and a dusting of Kosmos Q Honey Killer Bee rub. Memphis was set to 475 degrees...

To make nice grill marks I use grill grates and a gasser. I need to try on the MAK

I usually use the Charbroil SRG when I want grill marks.
Never have tried on my pellet grills.

Honestly, I wasn't really expecting grill marks! I'm sure the grill marks had a lot to do with the rub, which contains a lot of sugar and honey powder... This rub is very good on chicken, in my opinion. I bought it for ribs, but I didn't care for it on pork.
