This is my version of a really easy and delicious bread. What makes this special is the toppings; sesame and nigella seeds. The Char-Broil Kamado makes a great oven

Looks wonderful! Just wish that was low carb, although I do make bread thats looks like it but does not have the great flavor of reg white wheat but working on it ;)

I followed this YouTube video https://youtu.be/4A_IhYFOQ70 There are many others on-line which are basically the same. Unless you live near a middle-eastern type grocer, it may be difficult getting nigella seeds (Amazon has them). These seeds have a smoky-bitter taste and may not be for everyone so try them in moderation or sub in poppy or other seeds. There are no rules in cooking; do as you please

I guess it's not traditional, but I use it as a "soppin" bread with soups and stews. I use a garlic infused olive oil and top it with my own mix of the "everything bagel" from KA Flour.
