Title: Old Smokey Bacon

Have 2 slabs of bacon cured and ready for smoking. First slab is going in OS. Using hickory lump.

They trapped one but the other 2 are wise old beavers. Gators are in mating season now and real close to shore. So far i have counted 5 all diff lengths.

Bacon is cooling now, will get a wrap and fridge rest for couple days.
